The annual National Computer Troubleshooter conference was this past week, with franchisees from all over the world. It was great to see CT’s who I’ve met before and new CT’s.  With a record attendance near 150 this was the most jam-packed tech fest ever.  We had vendors and presenters covering many topics from Cloud Computing, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Data Recovery, Web Hosting, Virtual Servers/Desktops, Anti-Virus,  HAAS, SEO, CRM, iPad/iPhone repair, and many more great products to mention.
