We provide Windows Server 2003 based appliance that automatically backs up Windows workstations every night. Those backups are then be uploaded over the internet to a remote secure and encrypted storage location. Even if your computer’s hard drive fails, your computer is stolen or your office contents are destroyed, your files can be retrieved and you’ll be back in business with data that was backed up the night before.

There are some other great advantages too. You can store files on the server with password protection so you can share files easily between users on the network with proper password protection so only the people you select can access them. These files are also available to you from home, the anywhere you have internet access, of course, proper password authorization.

Computer Troubleshooters includes some other services to augment the file protection offered by BEST Data Vault like anti-virus and anti-malware protection and battery backup protection for the server and network infrastructure. We even monitor and proactively resolve problems with your workstations, usually before you even know that the problem exists, all for a low monthly price. We will even send you monthly status reports on the health of your data and workstations.
